We bridge the gap between profound psychedelic experiences and professional mental health care. As licensed therapists and medical professionals, we provide a level of safety and integration that goes beyond basic facilitation.
ENVIRONMENTAL
The organization maintains environmentally responsible office operations appropriate to a clinical healing center.
- Utilize recycling programs and limit single-use plastics where practicable
- Use energy-efficient lighting and appliances where available
- Review environmental practices annually
SOCIAL
The organization is committed to ethical, trauma-informed care and to operating in a manner that does not create barriers to access or harm to historically underserved populations.
- Maintain fair and nondiscriminatory hiring and contracting practices.
- Maintain transparent fee and informed-consent policies
- Provide staff orientation on ethical and cultural considerations related to natural medicine
- Review social impact practices annually
GOVERNANCE
The organization is committed to lawful, transparent governance and full compliance with Natural Medicine Division requirements.
- Maintain compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Review internal policies annually and update as needed
- Conduct annual leadership conflict-of-interest awareness attestations
ACCOUNTABILITY AND REPORTING
Progress toward ESG goals is reviewed annually and summarized publicly as required by theColorado Natural Medicine Division.
